The announcement follows the signing of a land purchase agreement between Rawajeh Group and Umm Al Qura for Development and Construction, the owner, developer, and operator of Masar Destination.      <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The assignment of the project to Rawajeh Development reaffirms its role as the Group&#8217;s development arm, with full responsibility for delivering the project end to end \u2014 from design through to handover \u2014 reflecting its expertise in developing distinctive residential projects.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This step comes as part of the Group&#8217;s strategy to expand its real estate investment portfolio, and Rawajeh Development&#8217;s commitment to meeting the growing demand for high-quality residential units in Makkah and supporting the development momentum the Holy City is witnessing. The project will contribute to enriching the urban landscape and providing modern housing options within a fully integrated environment, in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The (Masar Rawajeh) project marks a distinctive addition to Rawajeh Development&#8217;s portfolio.
