Under this agreement, Rawajeh Development and Flow will collaborate to provide integrated development and operational solutions for landowners and investors from both the public and private sectors who seek to activate their real estate assets and transform them into high-quality residential projects. Rawajeh Development will lead the real estate development process, starting from opportunity assessment and project planning through to execution, while Flow will contribute its expertise in interior design, facilities management, and the operation of residential communities in line with modern standards.
This partnership comes in response to the growing demand for high-quality residential communities in the Kingdom, amid the rapid growth of the national real estate market. As part of this partnership, a dedicated operational agreement has been signed under which Flow will be responsible for the operation, management, and execution of the interior design works for “Thara”, one of Rawajeh Development’s flagship projects. This marks the practical launch of the strategic collaboration between the two parties. Thara is an integrated real estate destination featuring luxury residential towers with innovative architectural facades, green spaces, and a variety of commercial and service facilities, all within a strategic location that combines accessibility with an elevated quality of life.
